Verification and investigation procedures carried out by the Tax Administration: partial and general inspections conducted by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). Representation before all inspection bodies and units under the AEAT, regional tax administrations, and local authorities.

Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE)
Business formation.
The Entrepreneur Service Points (PAE) are responsible for facilitating the creation of new companies, the effective start of their activity, and their development through the provision of information services, documentation processing, advice, training, and support for business financing.
The PAEs rely on CIRCE (Integrated System for Business Creation), and specifically on one of its components: the Online Processing System (STT). In this way, when an entrepreneur chooses to begin the process of creating a company through a PAE, they are implicitly using the CIRCE system.
The PAE has a dual mission:
To provide information and advisory services to entrepreneurs in defining their business projects and during the first years of their company’s activity.
To initiate the administrative procedure for company incorporation through the Single Electronic Document (DUE).
Services provided by an
Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE)
Information on the characteristics of the New Limited Liability Company (SLNE), the Limited Liability Company (SRL), the Successive Formation Limited Company (SLFS), Partnerships (Comunidad de Bienes), and Sole Proprietorships (Autónomos): legal framework, main commercial aspects, tax advantages, accounting aspects, filing systems, and applicable regulations. In addition, information is provided on other legal business forms currently in force under commercial law.
Procedures for company incorporation through the online processing system developed by the Directorate-General for Industry and SMEs, using the Single Electronic Document (DUE). This service must be provided free of charge and on a mandatory basis.
Information on aid and incentives for business creation applicable to the project.
Information on the applicable Social Security regime, including criteria for registration, affiliation, and contribution.
General information on topics of interest for companies, such as financing, taxation, labor relations, internationalization, research, technological development and innovation, and business cooperation.
Reservation of company names for the in-person incorporation of an SLNE.
