BANKRUPTCY LAW
Bankruptcy law attempts to regulate bankruptcy situations that companies or individuals may unfortunately face. The objective is to try to find a solution (Agreement) that manages to continue the company's activity. However, if the aforementioned objective is not achieved, a liquidation will begin that will distribute the assets among the creditors in the most equitable way.
At Mil Torres Abogados & Economistas we have extensive experience in this field, having been appointed bankruptcy administrators by the commercial courts of Valencia on several occasions.
In addition, we have gone a long way in the bankruptcy proceedings of natural persons, achieving in a very high percentage the total forgiveness of the debt and thus liberation of the debtor (see Second Opportunity).
